Jean L. Kreiling
Same Model and Year, Different Speed
(Triolet)
In sputtering haste, my automotive twin
flies past me. While I dawdle down Route Three,
what makes him drive his rattle-trap of tin
in sputtering haste? My automotive twin
most likely carries dents and rust akin
to mine-but those are flaws that you can't flee
in sputtering haste. My automotive twin
flies past me while I dawdle down Route Three.
