Rebecca Ball
on the drive home
a man talks of clouds
the rise of breath / the fall of snow
Nimbus Stratus / funnel clouds
fog is cloud / resting on the ground
someone texts in and it's us
it's us it's all of us wondering
could I be carried away on a cloud?
we build clouds in the shower
warm the rain with our skin
wear its whisps and plumes
into cold cars and offices
falling clouds
find new space
take new shape
new names for water
