III. Silence, My Closest Companion (Silence as Healing)

Sometimes,
silence is the only glue,
that holds a shattered soul together.
Pain curls in the heart—
beyond what words or colors can confess.
When familiar voices
become sharpened blades
I hide beneath silence—
like a storm behind clouds.
Smiling on the outside,
while quietly rotting under uncut roots,
I learn my lessons—
in life's long play,
not aloud, but as tides rising and falling within.
For the heart betrayed, silence is not emptiness—
it's healing in its purest form.
