Charles Rossiter, NEA Fellowship recipient's latest book is Green Mountain Meditations from Foothills Publishing. With Jeffrey Winke, he coedited the Third Coast Haiku Anthology and served for a time as associate editor for Modern Haiku under Bob Spiess.
