Bio
Aurora Montejo is a fiction writer who describes herself as a "noncommittal poet." She's an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, studying creative writing. She adores all things pink and frilly, wishes she could have a dragon for a pet, and listens to sad music even when she's happy. She is currently working on a fantasy novel.

there is a creek off the worn road
if you pass the moss-covered antlers

two girls
barefoot
sipping lemonade
reading one book
hands brushing as they turn the page
blissfully unaware
not yet cracked
not yet exposed
their faithful twin hearts
beating
in tune like water over smoothed rocks
