Editor's Note
Shot Glass Journal Issue #32 continues to provide its readers with profound emotions of an international poetry
community living through these troubling times. Art often transcends fear and despair, lifts our spirits, or
empathizes with our own feelings. Issue #32 features new and returning poets from Australia, Canada, China, India,
Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, the UK and the US.
Please visit our Archive and Writer Archive to read more of your favorite poets and our Glossary to see all of
the different poetry forms we've published over the years.
I'd also like to bring attention to Muse-Pie Press' community poem. In March of this year, Muse-Pie Press invited
its poets to participate in creating a world-wide Community poem. We wanted to capture the individual experiences
and insights of these poets regarding the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic. There were 220 submissions received from 16
countries. R. G. Rader, publisher of Muse-Pie Press, compiled each line and crafted the poem "Pandemic: A Community Poem".
Muse-Pie Press website was recently redesigned and includes the MPP Community page that features Muse-Pie Press poets who
have included poems previously published in our journals in collections of their work they have had published, and a
Muse-Pie History page. Please visit our new site at
www.musepiepress.com.
We hope you enjoy Issue #32.
Wishing you peace and health,
– Mary-Jane Grandinetti
