Editor's Note
Shot Glass Journal Issue #36 has a selection of poets that range from first time college student poems to more experienced poets.
These poets have provided this issue with a range of poetry forms as well as free verse poems.
Featured in this issue are poets from Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Wales,
the UK and the US. Over the twelve years that we've been publishing Shot Glass, it has become a well-established journal both
in the international community as well as in the United States.

I'd also like to bring attention to Muse-Pie Press' community poem. In March 2020, Muse-Pie Press invited its
poets to participate in creating a world-wide Community poem. We wanted to capture the individual
experiences and insights of these poets regarding the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic. There were 220
submissions received from 16 countries. R. G. Rader, publisher of Muse-Pie Press, compiled each line and
crafted the poem "Pandemic: A Community Poem", into a poem of seven parts.

We hope you enjoy Issue #36.
Wishing you peace and health,
