Jittering, merry blue wrens
prance like Bangarra dance company.
Magpies lyrical ambience gives rise
to Brahms concertos, while an opera of
kookaburras parade on stage lines.

Surrealism comes from the frog's leaps.
Naturalism painted grass, nature's aspect.
Cubism from the metal grate, screen door print.
The stilled life, the portrait of a woman
standing there, by the arch way.
