Although I would be described as an 'emerging' poet, I have been writing stories, songs and poems for the past 35 years, only just beginning to 'emerge' into the publishing world. My family and I live on a boat in the Marlborough Sounds of New Zealand with the intention of spending more time in nature than with humans. I have a diploma in Creative Writing and have worked as a cook/caterer, an after-school programme manager, a singer-songwriter and children's entertainer and I am also homeschool mum to three fabulous creative boys.

I have had works published in New Zealand in Valley Micropress, Bravado, in the main window of the Nelson Provincial Museum, One Smile magazine and a fine line (NZPS).
