Anton Yakovlev
Adorable
I look at the raccoons from far away
remembering the minutes when you cared.
The rocks, the daylight, the buttermilk bay.
I look at the raccoons from far away.
Their rabies would have troubled you today.
You were so close; now you've disappeared.
I look at the raccoons from far away
remembering the minutes when you cared.
