Robert Halleck
Hugs No Kisses
He ran into her
at the post office.
She gave him a hug.
He asked about her mother and
their son who ignores his emails.
She asked about the dog and
told him he needed to marry again.
She gave him another hug.
I loved you, he thought,
More than I showed.
I'm sorry for that.
