To Do List

Laugh
at
the dawn,
rearing its
brash, hopeful gold head,
shimmering on aldered vistas,
diffusing mist and elegies, as whosoever
feels befogged in dark perfidies,
come morning, lets in
lucid light,
and
wakes.

Then
rend
the sky,
which is but
cheap pale blue muslin,
to see the glittering inlets
beckoning beyond;
drink nectar,
dance with
the
gods.
