of a plate. Sculpt. Be creative.
Dust with grated bitter chocolate.
Fix with hairspray. Arrange around the rim: Brussels sprouts,
kumquats, sliced eggplant, strawberries.
Now call your guests, and
invite them
to feast
their
eyes.
