Born and raised in Northern Ireland. I studied English literature at the University of Glasgow. I now live and work in South Korea. I have had previous poems published in the Shot Glass Journal and the Fib Review.

Smothered song
The fall of chestnuts
On the forest floor
The wandering threads
Of a spider's last stand
The cicada sonatas
Clicking out their final note
The crickets kicking their heals
The world drifting into silence
Hooded under warm leaves
And the colored melancholy
Of a last bloom before the grey
