Bio
Megan has been nominated and accepted as one of twenty individuals into Juniper Writer's Institute (2015), mentored by acclaimed memoirist, Paul Lisicky. She was awarded the Patsy Lea Core Living Memorial prize in poetry by established poet, Rachel Moritz, author of Borrowed Wave. In December of 2016 she was published in Weasel Press for her poem, Naturalized Citizen. In May of 2017 Megan's poem, Kept Close appeared in the Summer issue of Muse Pie Press. Megan attends Augsburg College in pursuit of an English degree with an emphasis in Creative Writing.
