Christine Redman-Waldeyer
Crystal Ball
I shall keep trying to find myself in it
I shall be careful about placing it in the sun
where it can begin a fire
I shall be mindful of those that do not believe
and then build a church around it,
remember from gut to instinct
why I so often run,
fuse myself to it,
pick up my shovel
and go "digging with a pen"
