Their Whispers
As they muttered
I was aware of becoming
a part of their whispers,
entangled within their words
until each emotional re-flux
began losing syllables.
Before then,
unconsciousness had
served me as an accidental
recovery.
But I was lost now,
by the deep caverns
of their conversation and
soon, with ears bruised
the dreamy ether
had slipped under my door.
